Offshore Transport Coordinator
Maersk Oil in Esbjerg, Denmark, is looking for an Offshore Transport Coordinator to join the helicopter and vessel operations team. In an exciting and challenging working environment, you will be part of the team that handles all helicopter and vessel operations related to the Danish offshore operations of Maersk Oil in the North Sea.
Helicopter scheduling, planning and flight information service:
Your main responsibility is to coordinate all helicopter and vessel operations within the Danish Sector of the North Sea. You handle helicopter scheduling, planning and other administrative routines as well as FIS service to our helicopter operations.
The position involves teamwork in a small group of dedicated colleagues. You will work at Esbjerg Airport and participate in duty rosters covering work outside normal office hours and every 7th weekend.
Robust coordinator thriving in high pressure situations
You have excellent coordinating and planning skills combined with multi-tasking capabilities. You possess the ability to make fact based decisions on a short notice. You enjoy to service and cooperate with a wide variety of people and organisations to ensure quality and precision in all working processes.
The ideal candidate is experienced in air and marine VHF radio and has FIS certificates. Aircraft scheduling, shipping, FIS experience or similar would also be an advantage. You may come from a position in naval, maritime, airfield, search and rescue or the like. Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite.
